VACVPR implemented an outcomes study in 1999 which resulted in an Access database. This database is now available for use and can be viewed by clicking the link below.

Please note that the database uses Microsoft Access. It is not a stand-alone program.

The outcomes instruments utilized in this database include:

• Dartmouth COOP (Quality of Life) -available from Deborah J. Johnson, Dartmouth Medical School, 7265 Butler Bldg, Hanover, NH 03755-3862, 603-650-1220.
• MEDFICTS (Diet) - included in NIH publication #94-2920 entitled Step-by-Step and in NHLBI's (NIH publication #93-3095) Second Report of the Expert Panel on Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Cholesterol in Adults.
• Canadian Angina Score (Angina level)
